At The Seven Four Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personal care items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@sevenfourbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We'll help facilitate the exchange as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
